He hails from a Big 4 firm background and is confident working with stakeholders across all areas of an organisation, from shop floor to C-Suite.

Ben is a business and transformation change lead specialising in large scale and complex transformation. Experienced in both public and private sectors throughout Australia and with over 5 years at a Big 4, Ben has exceptional capabilities in operating model design, project management, workforce and organisational analysis and transformational change. He has a keen understanding of the interplay between business and technical domains, employing a people-first, technology-enabled approach that allows him to collaborate effectively across domains. Leveraging this approach, Ben is able to unify diverse perspectives and co-design solutions that maximise lasting value.

Claire is our graduate consultant from commerce and business management. She specialises in marketing, finance and international business.  Claire has extensive working experience in marketing, including conducting marketing research for indigenous start-up and NGO. Her previous roles in customer service and sales for FMCG enables her to accurately identify client needs and key points to deliver efficient outcomes.
